Upgrading Informal Areas in Greater Cairo Governorates : “For improved socio-economic conditions, increased service delivery and enhanced environmental protection in informal areas”

The Participatory Development Programme (PDP) successfully launched its “Third Call for Proposals” (3CfP) on the 12th February 2016. The overall objective of the 3CfP was to enhance the living conditions of the poor urban population living in five deprived informal areas through improved socio-economic conditions, increased service delivery and enhanced environmental protection. Following the launch PDP organized a series of trainings for the interested applicants on “Concept Note Writing”.
PDP is organizing an information session about the Third Call for Proposals it will include information about Call for Proposals, Eligibility Rules, the application procedure, the target areas, Participatory Needs Assessment’s results and the added value elements (community participation, Gender, Environment, Innovative, integrated & sustainable projects).

The interested applicants are welcomed to attend the information session in 8th of March, 2016 in Pyramisa Hotel, 60 Giza St., behind Dokki Police station from 11:00a.m. to16:00p.m.
